Global rubber prices on February 20, 2025, saw mixed movements. The Tokyo Commodity Exchange (TOCOM) experienced a slight decrease, while the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) saw a significant rebound. Malaysia aims to reclaim its position as a top global rubber producer within the next decade through replanting and innovation initiatives. Domestically, Vietnamese rubber prices remained stable, with latex prices hovering around 434 - 440 VND/TSC. Major rubber companies like Mang Yang, Ba Ria, and Phu Rieng maintained consistent pricing for both raw material and mixed lump rubber.
