Pepper Price Today, February 16, 2025: Still Increasing Well This Week
Global pepper prices remained stable on February 16th, 2025. Prices in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Brazil held steady, while Vietnamese export prices saw a slight decrease. This week, the global market showed a positive trend with slight increases in Indonesian and significant increases in Brazilian pepper prices. Cambodia anticipates rising prices due to decreased production and increased global demand. Domestic pepper prices in Vietnam on February 16th remained stable at 157,000 - 160,000 VND/kg. Key growing regions like Dak Lak and Dak Nong traded at 160,000 VND/kg. Despite some declines last week, domestic prices have shown a strong upward trend, with most regions seeing increases of 1,000 - 2,000 VND.
