Minister Hoan stressed the importance of collaboration and teamwork in scientific research, advocating for shared data and interdisciplinary problem-solving. He promoted the idea of "Let Science Meet Life," urging researchers to focus on practical applications that benefit farmers. The Minister suggested creating a network of collaborators, including university lecturers and students, agricultural officials, and overseas students, to foster innovation and knowledge sharing.
