Masan Consumer to Accelerate Growth in 2025
To achieve this goal, Masan Consumer (MCH) is focusing on key strategic elements to enhance competitiveness and expand in domestic and international markets. A core element of MCH's strategy is the development and expansion of premium products, particularly in the food export sector. MCH has launched innovative products like "Self-Boiling Hot Pot" and "Handheld Hot Pot," reflecting a shift from instant noodles to premium ready-to-eat meals. This premiumization strategy contributed to significant growth in the convenience food and spice sectors in 2024. In addition to focusing on agriculture products, MCH is expanding its beverage portfolio with products like WakeUp247 and BupNon Tea365, and strengthening its presence in the personal and home care market with the Chanté brand. MCH aims to achieve at least 20% revenue growth from global export in 2025, targeting markets like the US, South Korea, Japan, and the EU with spices, convenience foods, and instant coffee.
