Decoding Masan Consumer's Growth Drivers in 2025
As a leading branded fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company in Vietnam, Masan Consumer is poised for accelerated growth in 2025, building on its double-digit momentum. In 2024, the company achieved impressive results, with full-year revenue reaching VND 30,897 billion, a 9.4% increase year-on-year. This success was driven by a premiumization strategy in the convenience food and spices segments, along with innovative product launches that generated VND 2,142 billion in revenue. Masan Consumer also saw a 30.8% rise in international market revenue in Q4 2024. The company's gross profit margin reached 46.6%, exceeding the market average. Positive indicators from the General Statistics Office point to a strong consumer market in 2025, fueled by recovering domestic demand and rising tourism. This favorable environment, coupled with Masan Consumer's strategic initiatives, positions the company for continued success. Masan Consumer is targeting 8-15% revenue growth in 2025, driven by continued premiumization, new product development, and expansion in key international markets. The company's planned listing on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) further strengthens its position for future growth.
