Coffee Prices Today, February 12, 2025: Remain at Record High
Domestic coffee prices on February 12, 2025, saw a slight decrease of 200 VND/kg. However, prices remain at a record high, ranging from 129,800 to 130,800 VND/kg in the Central Highlands provinces. Dak Lak, Dak Nong, and Gia Lai all recorded prices of 130,800 VND/kg, while Lam Dong saw a slightly lower price of 129,800 VND/kg. Limited supply after the Tet holiday and farmers holding back coffee for anticipated higher prices contribute to this high price. Strong export demand amidst fluctuating global coffee prices further fuels the domestic price increase. Global Robusta coffee prices saw a slight decrease, while Arabica prices experienced a sharper decline after a period of consecutive increases. Concerns about global supply, particularly due to drought in Brazil, continue to influence global coffee prices.
