Binh Duc Sand Mine Awarded to Dai Hung Thinh Company
Dai Hung Thinh Construction Investment Joint Stock Company has been awarded the Binh Duc sand mining project following approval of the environmental impact assessment report by Mr. Pham Van Trong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. The project, located in Thoi Son commune, My Tho city, encompasses nearly 32.5 hectares and contains a total reserve of 1,305,500m3 of sand, including overburden. The company is permitted to extract 652,750 m3 of sand per year over a period of 2.2 years, using specified equipment like a 10m3 excavator and a 350 m3/hour sand suction vessel. Operational hours are restricted to 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with nighttime activities strictly prohibited. The Tien Giang Provincial People's Committee mandates strict adherence to environmental regulations throughout the project.
