Administrative Procedures for Natural Disaster Recovery Abolished
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) has announced the abolition of administrative procedures for natural disaster recovery in agriculture. This decision, effective February 25, 2025, removes procedures related to dyke management and support for production recovery following natural disasters. This change aligns with the updated policies outlined in Government Decree No. 09/2025/NĐ-CP, replacing the previous procedures detailed in Decree No. 02/2017/NĐ-CP. The MARD's decision streamlines the process for agricultural support in areas impacted by natural disasters and reflects the government's commitment to efficient disaster recovery in the agricultural sector.
