Each year, this massive farm supplies Hanoi and surrounding areas with thousands of tons of fresh fruit and organic vegetables under the Dai Ngan brand, meeting stringent international standards. Her journey into agriculture began in 2004 when this former bank officer purchased a small plot of land. Using profits and savings, she gradually expanded the farm to its current size of over 60 hectares, creating a model ecological farm in Northern Vietnam. Achieving such a diverse ecosystem required years of diligently applying crop rotation and intercropping methods. The farm utilizes vermicompost and clean spring water for irrigation, adhering to strict organic standards. All waste is used as feed for earthworms, whose castings fertilize the crops. The farm prioritizes local plant varieties, avoiding genetically modified crops. Hoa believes in organic farming to promote environmental health and benefit consumers. It is her way to contribute positively to the world.
