200 Agricultural Product Vehicles Export Through Lang Son Daily
An average of 200 vehicles carrying agricultural products are exported to China daily through border gates in Lang Son province. Mr. Hoang Khanh Duy, Deputy Head of the Management Board, said that customs clearance remains stable, with increasing numbers of vehicles since the Tet holiday. Lang Son province ensures smooth customs clearance with upgraded wharves and yards, capable of handling 1,200 to 1,400 export vehicles per day. From April onwards, agricultural product exports traditionally increase. The province prioritizes these vehicles and has contingency plans for any surge. Two specialized import-export routes facilitate trade with China, including one at Huu Nghi International Border Gate requiring strict adherence to official import-export quality inspection for goods, especially fresh fruit. Vice Chairman of the Lang Son Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Doan Thanh Son, urged traders and producers to prioritize quality standards, secure official trade contracts, and ensure proper documentation for smooth transactions and risk mitigation.
