WHAT YOU WILL DO:
This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B International Sales position at Agri Sung, focusing mainly on China market. The role involves daily tasks focus on the expansion of our global customer base.
Acquire potential customers using online and office Sales tools which include but not limited to: B2B trading websites; social media; email marketing, etc…
· Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the company’s market share in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
· Meet or exceed assigned monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
· Identify, contact, and close deals with new clients and distributors in the Chinese market.
· Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and post-sale service.
· Monitor market trends and competitor movements to stay ahead in the Chinese B2B landscape.
· Report sales performance and progress toward KPIs to management on a regular basis.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
· 3-5 years of relevant experience in B2C, B2B sales experience in food trading field
· Experience in International Business and International Trade
· Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
· Ability to understand market trends and customer needs
· Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) – a must.
· Ability to work in start-up environment, complex project and supportive to work with cross functional team
· Vietnamese only
